Drug Allergy Alert Documentation — Mandatory Field
All consultations must record drug allergies in the structured CCMS field, not free-text notes. Free-text entries will fail the new audit query starting June. The structured field lives at Patient Record → Allergies → Add. Always use the SNOMED-CT picker rather than typing free text — the audit query relies on coded entries. For patients with no known allergies, explicitly select 'No Known Drug Allergies' (NKDA). An empty allergies section is treated as unverified and will be flagged.Show detailsHide details

Each clinic sees only its own data by default; PKD coordinators can switch between facilities via the dropdown. Available tiles: If any tile shows stale data for more than 30 minutes, log a ticket via the helpdesk. Tiles are read-only at this stage; export to Excel coming in Q3.Show detailsHide details

CCMS Implementation Timeline
KKM approves the national adoption of an integrated Community Clinic Management System (CCMS) to digitise klinik kesihatan operations — registration, consultation, prescribing and reporting on one platform.
CompletedSystmOne is selected as the CCMS platform. Procurement, licensing and the national service agreement are finalised, alongside data-governance and security requirements.
CompletedA first cohort of pilot klinik kesihatan goes live to validate clinical workflows, data migration, connectivity and end-user devices under real operating conditions.
CompletedPilot evaluation completed. Infrastructure, training and change-management gaps are documented and fed into the national rollout playbook.
CompletedPhased rollout starts, prioritising districts by readiness. Each site completes network, hardware and staff-training prerequisites before activation.
CompletedFacilities strengthen network links, end-user devices and — where needed — digital imaging (PACS/DICOM) capability so CCMS can be used reliably at the point of care.
CompletedRole-based SystmOne training for doctors, nurses, pharmacists and admin staff, supported by super-users and on-site go-live assistance at each facility.
CompletedCCMS becomes the primary system for patient registration, consultation, prescribing and reporting across the rolled-out klinik kesihatan network.
Go-LiveNational dashboards consolidate attendance, NCD and service data captured in CCMS, replacing fragmented manual returns with a single source of truth.
CompletedPerformance tuning, workflow refinements and role-based access improvements based on field feedback from facilities now running CCMS day-to-day.
